Great Monitor, Great Price Point
I do want to start off this review by saying this is the first monitor I’ve ever bought for myself, so take what I’m saying with a grain of salt. However, I really enjoy this monitor. It’s at a very reasonable price point and doesn’t feel cheap. The lights on the back have nothing to do with the actual usage of the product, but I find it to be a super cool touch that adds to the feel of quality. The sound quality is a bit low, as most people are saying, but it really isn’t as bad as they’re making it out to be. You get used to it. I’m really happy with this purchase.
Sceptra Curved Gaming Monitor
To start the first monitor arrived with a broken screen, easily returned and a replacement was provided. Box was not damaged and the Styrofoam inside was good for packing - not sure what happened in shipping. The monitor is good for a desktop mounted setup but not sure how sturdy it will be hanging on a standard fixed mount. Overall the monitor works excellent, ordering another because I been pleased so far with it.
Big and bright, perfect for our family PC
It's a budget monitor so I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by how sharp, bright, and clear it is. I had to turn the brightness way down to be comfortable. At the default brightness out of the box, I'm pretty sure it would have burned my retinas out by the end of the first week. Very happy with it for the money.
