I've owned this display for 2 years
I use this display as a second screen for my MSI WS60 laptop, and it works great. I plug it into my laptop's Thunderbolt port, and it has always given me a crystal clear screen. I am now searching for another display to give me a third screen powered by HDMI, and I'll be buying another ASUS display. The only point of criticism that I have is with the cover/stand. The cover folds into a stand for the display, but the small, sewn on piece of fabric, that keeps the display secure, was too stiff to keep the display from sliding forward. I took a painter's wooden stir stick and snapped it in half. I then folded the flap forward and sandwiched it between the two halves of the stir stick. I then 'vice gripped' it together overnight; problem solved. I am a 65 year old, PTK honor grad from my local State College, currently with an Associate degree in IT, and possibly headed for a Bachelors' degree. I am currently coding a few apps for my Android phone, and maybe that is where I'll be for a while. Thanks ASUS, you produce a top-shelf product.

Reliable, nice quality, not over engineered.
This is great for travel or work from home, very simple design but performs well. One chord that hooks up to your laptop and also powers screen. The protective sleeve that it comes in doubles as the perch to set it up right (although i have to wrestle with it every time to remember how to set it up). Large screen, no issues with compatibility etc. Just plugs in, powers on, and is an extra screen.

Great for Work Away From Home
I got this for when I'm traveling and need to have at least 2 screens for my work to be done a bit easier. This screen is actually larger than my work-provided one, and the fact that all you need for it to work is the USB-C cabled included to give it power and get it working makes it even easier to travel with. The case can be used as a convenient stand. I haven't watched videos or used it for gaming, but the clarity that I get for pictures and other programs has been fantastic.
