Great price/quality
Great monitor with a couple easy tweaks to settings. Runs Xbox series s games that allow it at 120hz, you may or may not care for this as the quality of image to me is good but not as sharp as the upscaling a tv provides, and being closer to the screen the smoke and mirrors effect of consoles does not apply to image quality.
For pc games and video it is spectacular, not as bright as some monitors I have used, but very good depth to images which I prefer.
Easy setup and software you can download to tweak settings from desktop as well.
Beware the hdr setting will disable the ability to choose different gaming modes, took me a couple of minutes to make that connection. Image looks better in gaming mode with gamma and color adjustment to me for games than hdr for the most part to me.

Best monitor I have ever used
Image: Ignored that it looks washed out, I wasn't directly on it, I have HDR on, and it's bright in my room. I promise you it looks so much better and the picture doesn't do it justice.

I have seen quite a few monitors in my time, from really crappy old school monitors in the late 90's, to very large Samsung 4K monsters of today. This AOC monitor is beyond impressive for the cost. I use it as my primary monitor as I simply do not see the point of 4K for gaming even though I have the hardware for it (7900XTX for GPU). My eyes simply do not notice any real difference between 1440 and 4K while gaming. Movies, sure, but not gaming.

I have had 0 issues with the monitor after months of use, no dead pixels (which can happen to any monitor of any brand), no lines or streaks, nothing. The Quantum Mini-LED technology is absolutely fantastic, and my games look incredible.

Now, could you get better? Yes. Could you get better at even double the price? Debatable, and I'd say probably not. I waited to catch this monitor in stock and instantly bought it the moment it became available because of the great reviews I had heard from others. My only gripe is going from a curved back to a flat, is incredibly difficult to adjust to and enjoy. Over time it's become fine, but the moment I can get a curved that is supposed to be as good for near the same price, I will do so.

Basically, if you're on the fence, you don't have a Mini LED monitor already, flat isn't a deal breaker for you, and you want an absolutely incredible 1440p monitor with fantastic HDR, a great refresh rate that's more than enough for gaming, and you want to do so for around $200 which is an absolute steal, then buy this bad boy ASAP. Recommended.

Great monitor regardless of price, $300 is VALUE
I have the 27" Mini-LED QHD @ 180Hz Model.

Been using this monitor for seven months. Crisp, vibrant colors, latency is minimal. Gaming, digital art, videos, movies, all fantastic.

Youtube channel "Monitors Unboxed" has a video detailing the technical specs if that's your thing.

Mini-LED hype is real. This thing compares favorably with $800 monitors. 2560x1440 resolution is ideal for 27" screen.

Complaints:
1) The menu firmware and menu buttons are pretty horrendous. Thankfully you rarely need to touch them, but tinkering with settings is a pain.

2) The monitor stand is... fine. Prongs are long, takes up a lot of desk space. Good enough construction. Just buy a nice monitor arm to mount it on, the incredible value for this monitor will let you fit in other misc products in your budget.

(I wouldn't want AOC to make the included monitor stand better at the cost of price, I think it's fine as-is and the customer should buy an external arm if they need it)

9.9/10, great value for a great monitor.

Solid monitor
This monitor is a great deal if you were able to get it for $399, $599 is a bit more iffy since the VRR is quite noticeable and HDR looks a little washed out but in SDR it looks great and the response times are excellent on this QD-OLED panel. The stand works fine but the asymmetrical design can be annoying for certain desks. Overall a great monitor at the $399 price.
